SPM Results!

I got my SPM results last Wednesday (21 March 2012). Honestly, I don't really care about my results since I'm already in university, almost completing my first semester in Foundation. My parents also didn't expect much from me, as I am the girl who sleeps more than studying, unlike my elder sister who is 932742837 times more hard-working than me. My studying pattern is memorising and reading on the bed, until I fall asleep. Some days I wake up with the book or notes beside my face.

I was actually more nervous meeting my juniors than taking my result. Actually I was nervous cause I wanted to look good in front of my crush, sadly he didn't see me.

My results are 5As, 4Bs. I'm very contented with my results. I was actually very surprised that I didn't get any C! When I was taking my results from my class teacher, my sister told me she expected me to get 3 or 4 A only. I bet she didn't see it coming! And I got BETTER results than her! I got A+ for English and Mathematics, A for Moral and A- for History and Physics (I actually expected better results for History :3). B+ for Biology and Bahasa Melayu. B for Additional Mathematics and Chemistry.

The grade B range for Additional Mathematics must be like from 20-60 marks HAHA! I only passed my Add Maths during the first exam for Form 4, and the rest of the examinations until SPM trials I failed my Add Maths.

And the rest is history... :)

A total of 6 students who scored straight A+ (last year no one got straight A+ -_-) and 33 students who got straight A (last year 20 students only) !

French Cream of Mushroom soup

Dad and I joined efforts into making the perfect cream of mushroom! The authentic one, those that are served in Italian restaurants, like Itallianies :D

Fresh shitake mushrooms

Cooking cream

Full cream milk

Butter

Seasoned it with salt and pepper.

Add one glass of water and soak for 20 minutes under medium-heat fire.

Blend it, but be careful not to blend it TOO fine. 

We made a mistake by blending the shitake mushrooms too fine, so we added chopped button mushrooms into the soup. Add 4 cups of full milk with the mushrooms and stir until the soup thickens.
